Hayam Wuruk University Perbanas Knowledge Sharing : How to Build a Digital Start-up Business
The Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Engineering and Design, Hayam Wuruk University, Perbanas held a knowledge sharing on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Taking place online, this event carried the theme "how to build a digital start-up business". This event was attended by many participants from outside the Perbanas campus, including lecturers, business people, high school graduates, and the general public.
This time sharing knowledge was moderated by Ari Cahaya P., S.Kom., M.Kom who is a lecturer from the UHW Perbanas Information Systems Study Program. Acting as resource persons were young people who shook the earth in Surabaya and Asia. She is Leonika Sari's sister. Sis Leonika Sari is the Co-Founder & CEO of one of the Startups from Surabaya, Reblood.

In the material presented by Ms. Leonika Sari, she conveyed how difficult it was to build a start-up. He also shared his experience on how to manage a start-up that used to almost die due to the abandonment of the team that created it. How is the secret of successful tips for building a reblood startup until now, it has grown and its turnover is tens of millions of rupiah.
Kak Leonika explained the importance of having a strong and unyielding team in the development of start-ups. He also added, if we want to build a startup, we must continue to learn, especially upgrading knowledge. You can do this by participating in boot camps held by the government or large companies such as Google.
Also giving a speech in this knowledge-sharing event was the Chancellor of UHW Perbanas Surabaya, Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Sc. In his speech, he expressed his gratitude to the resource persons who had taken the time to share their experiences and knowledge about start-ups. He also conveyed the importance of us at UHW Perbanas learning how to start creating your own startup. “UHW has now transformed into a university where collaboration between the economic sector and the technology sector will give birth to fintech.
