Fintech Innovation for Ease of Financial Transactions
The development of technology in this digital era makes people inevitably have to follow it. All sectors have developed application or software-based technology, including in the field of Economics. All service providers (startups) are competing to make it easier to carry out financial transactions which are currently known as Financial Technology (Fintech).
Facing the rapid flow of globalization that demands universities to open innovations, this has made hundreds of lecturers and students actively participate in the National Seminar on Indonesian Vocational Business Economics (SNEB-VI) organized by the Diploma Program of STIE Perbanas Surabaya on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. Located at Campus Hall 1, this activity presents various parties involved in the development of Fintech in Indonesia.
The Chief Executive, Putri Wulanditya, SE., M.Ak., said the event was intended to educate Fintech services for the world of education. This is related to the impact of Fintech on recording accounting reports and financial transactions.
STIE Perbanas Surabaya also facilitates all universities who are present to update the development of Fintech. On this occasion, the speakers presented included: Daddi Peryoga (Financial Services Authority), Alexander Sianturi (KAP Ernest & Young Indonesia), Hendro Wibowo (PT. Telkomsel) and Fintech Practitioner, Christian Linting (Founder & CEO of Wallezz Financial Technology) .
