Supporting the Advancement of the Alma mater, STIE Perbanas Alumni Donates IDR 78.2 Million
Perbanas Alumni Gathering (PAG), which is one of the farewell evening activities ahead of the STIE graduation, is now being held again. Right on Wednesday (20/11) night, the event which was attended by 394 prospective graduates is planned for their graduation in Period II of 2019, Sunday, November 24, 2019.
Located at Mahameru Restaurant Jl. Raya Jemursari No.73, Jemur Wonosari, Kec. Wonocolo, Surabaya, the routine event leading up to this graduation procession carries a different concept. In addition to bringing together prospective graduates with alumni, this event is also for having fun with the theme of Glamor with a sparkling atmosphere of trinkets like Promninght.
On this occasion, the Alumni Association of STIE Perbanas Surabaya (IKAPNAS) submitted a donation for the advancement of the campus with a nominal value of IDR 78.2 million. This symbolic handover was given directly by one of the IKAPNAS administrators, Novrizal Wahyu, S.E., to the Chairperson of STIE Perbanas Surabaya, Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si.
Chairman of STIE Perbanas Surabaya, Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Sc., said that his party is very grateful for the trust given by all prospective graduates because they can deliver until they graduate from college. "I congratulate you, you have finished your education at the tertiary level," he said.
To prospective graduates, Yudi Sutarso advised them to really become almuni of STIE Perbanas Surabaya. It means that Perbanas alumni are identical with three things, namely: prominent, superior, and global. "So, the spirit of Perbanas alumni must be embedded in that," he ordered.
Meanwhile, Novrizal Wahyu, S.E., one of the alumni as well as the administrator of the Surabaya Perbanas STIE Alumni Association (IKAPNAS), added that his party brought the spirit to accommodate fresh graduates in establishing networks. According to him, the current alumni come from various elements so that IKAPNAS is partnering with the newest graduates so that they do not escape.
Novrizal added, with an increase in IT services, it makes it easier with the existence of groups for each batch. "We can provide consultations regarding career opportunities for new graduates," he explained.
During the event, prospective graduates of STIE Perbanas Surabaya took part in a series from beginning to end. Apart from being entertained by the home band, the selection of favorite students while studying at the best business and banking campus in Indonesia. The category is the slowest student, the funniest student, the best lecturer, to the favorite lecturer. Finally, the excitement broke out when the DJ music became more and more exciting.
