"Perbanas Got Talent is the right opportunity to hone talents so that today's talents give their best performances in the next stage." Everyone present also participated by wearing costumes themed struggle. One by one, the talents began to perform various actions according to the themes carried by each team. The event hosted by Sofyansyah and Rida made the atmosphere even more festive. In addition, the jury that was presented came from professionals in their respective fields, including: Ficky A. Hidajat (CEO of Stars Media), Laila Shaleh, S.Psi., M.MT. (Lecturer of Ethics of STIE Perbanas Surabaya), and Decklin (Entertainer in the field of singing, alumni of STIE Perbanas Surabaya and former management of UKM Band).

At the peak of the 2016 Perbanas Got Talent event, selected the winners who succeeded in presenting the best performance concept according to the jury. Of the 13 talents, the 1st winner was chosen by Mentor 31 (Nur Adi Mustofa) with the performance of the Leak Dance. 2nd place was given to mentor 27 (Alien Nuril Wardani) who performed the Barongsai Attraction and 3rd place was given to Mentor 25 (Meidy Izzatun Nikmah) with the performance of Patrol Music and Saman Dance.

Fery Afandy, one of the 31 mentees expressed his pride because his team won first place. They did not expect that they would achieve the best results because during training there were many obstacles, ranging from discipline, solidarity, to teamwork. "We are proud because we won first place and did not expect it before. Maybe because of the traditional concept that we took, namely the Leak Dance, which led us to achieve that achievement. The judges also commented that our performance showed totality, hard work, solidarity and creativity, "said Fery after his team won the Champion.

Besides giving championships to the talents who appeared, the Perbanas Got Talent 2016 event was also a night of appreciation for the mentees who managed to creatively make a unique and interesting piggy bank from recycled waste. The teams that succeeded in showing this creativity included: 1st place was won by mentors 27, 2nd place was won by mentors 4, 3rd place was won by mentors 13, and Best Stand was won by Mentors 14.

The CEO of Stars Media, Ficky A. Hidajat said that the Super Softskill Mentoring event which explores these talents is very good for students. This is because not all higher education institutions accommodate the creativity of students to be channeled through positive activities. In addition to talent search, Ficky assessed that this activity can foster students' self-confidence when communicating with other people. "Their Self Confidence will be nurtured so that their communication skills will become more proficient. This will help them (students) in finding and joining the world of work. So, the Super Softskill Mentoring activity needs to be improved again for next year so that the talents of these students are explored and channeled properly, "he concluded after the event. (Eko)
