On Saturday, June 4, 2022, Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas Surabaya conducted its first graduation ceremony of 2022 for the Master of Management program, undergraduate programs, and D3 programs at the Dyandra Convention Center, Jalan Basuki Rahmat 93-105 Surabaya.

The ceremony, held in person and adhering to health protocols as advised by the Covid-19 Task Force, was attended by university leaders, the senate, as well as graduates and representatives of the top graduates.

A total of 566 students graduated, including 20 from the Master of Management program, 221 from the Accounting undergraduate program, 271 from the Management undergraduate program, 50 from the Sharia Economic undergraduate program, 1 from the D3 Banking and Finance program, and 3 from the D3 Accounting program.

Top graduates from each program were Amilia Jasmin Nabila, S.E., MM (Master of Management), Febriyani Sarwindah, S.Ak. (Accounting), Nadela Putri Shintani, S.M. (Management), and Rahimdiawati Mila Anggraini, S.E. (Sharia Economics). The overall top graduate of the institution was Febriyani Sarwindah, S.Ak., who achieved a Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.95 and a total score of 178.

Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., Rector of Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, emphasized the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance quality, governance, education, teaching, research, community service, and supporting facilities, highlighting the institution’s commitment to continuous improvement.

The special graduation event was also graced by Drs. H. Alfedri, M.Si., Bupati of Siak, Riau, who attended to personally witness the graduation of 12 students funded by scholarships from the Siak Regency government.
