Two STIE Perbanas Surabaya Student Teams Win 2020 PKM Grants
In 2020, two teams of STIE Perbanas Surabaya students won a Student Creativity Program (PKM) Funding Grant from the Ministry of Education and Culture. The two teams won different categories, namely PKM M (Community Service) and PKM PSH (Social Humanities Research).
The team of STIE Perbanas Surabaya students who won PKM in the category of community service, namely: Davi Ramadhani (Chair); Erna Liana; Oktavia Nurul Aini, and Septianningrum Budi W. Meanwhile, for the student team who won grants for the Social Humanities Research category, namely: Putri Riski Utami (Chair), Nadya Indah Pangestu, and Rizka Adhalina Andini.
Putri Riski Utami, Head of the PKM-PSH Grant Recipient Team, admitted that she was very happy and did not expect to succeed at that stage. Putri said that when submitting the PKM proposal, they carried the title "The Role of Tax Avoidance in Mediating the Effect of Sustainability Reporting on Corporate Financial Performance in Public Companies in Indonesia".
"For me personally, of the PKM that I have participated in recently, the ones that can qualify. My team and I hope to qualify for Pimnas," hoped Putri from the Bachelor of Accountancy study program.
Meanwhile, Davi Ramadhani and his team proposed a title for the Community Service PKM category. The proposed title is "FETI Learning (Fun Education Learning) as an Effort to Control School-Age Children against the Phenomenon of Gadget Addiction".
