Surabaya, 24 November 2023 - Radio Sonora Surabaya in collaboration with University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas held a Business Talk entitled "Digital Marketing to Increase Sales of UMKM (UMKM (MSMEs) )". This event presented lecturers and students from the Information Systems Study Program at University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas.

This Business Talk discusses the importance of digital marketing for UMKM (UMKM (MSMEs)) in the digital era. There are various digital marketing strategies that can be applied by UMKM (UMKM (MSMEs)) to increase sales, such as:

- Creating websites and social media accounts

- Running digital advertisements

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) optimization

- Creating interesting and informative content

- Interacting with customers online

In this Business Talk session, they also emphasized the importance of UMKM (UMKM (MSMEs)) to understand their target market and choose the right digital marketing strategy.

"UMKM (UMKM (MSMEs)) must be creative and innovative in utilizing digital marketing to reach customers and increase sales," said a student from the Information Systems Study Program at University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas.

The Business Talk event received high enthusiasm from listeners of Radio Sonora Surabaya. Many questions were asked regarding effective digital marketing strategies for UMKM (UMKM (MSMEs)).
