Surabaya, November 21, 2023 - Radio Sonora Surabaya again presented Business Talk, this time with the theme "Marketing Strategies for UMKM (MSME) Products in the Digital Age". This event presented speakers Ms. Laqma Dica Fitriani, S.Kom., M.MT. a lecturer at the Information Systems Study Program at University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, and Nabilla Umniyah, an outstanding student from the Information Systems Study Program at University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas.

This Business Talk discusses the importance of the right marketing strategy for UMKM (MSMEs) in the digital era. Ms. Laqma Dica Fitriani explained various digital marketing strategies that UMKM (MSMEs) can implement to increase sales, such as:

- Creating websites and social media accounts

- Running digital advertisements

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) optimization

- Creating interesting and informative content

- Interacting with customers online

Ms. Laqma Dica Fitriani also emphasized the importance of UMKM (MSMEs) to understand their target market and choose the right digital marketing strategy.

"UMKM (MSMEs) must be creative and innovative in utilizing digital marketing to reach customers and increase sales," said Ms. Laqma Dica Fitriani.

Nabilla Umniyah, an outstanding student from the Information Systems Study Program at University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, also shared her experience in helping UMKM (MSMEs) in her area in implementing digital marketing strategies.

"Many UMKM (MSMEs) still do not understand the benefits of digital marketing. Therefore, it is important for us to provide education and assistance to them," said Nabilla Umniyah.
