Use of Website and Social Media for Business Actors
The availability of internet, website and social media access makes it easy for businesses to promote products. Besides being more practical, this media can be said to be cheaper and quite effective targeting consumers. Although there were some obstacles in the promotion, it could be found the best solution. As was done by Prof. Dr. Dra. Tatik Suryani, Psi., M.M. with his research team held a Focus Group Discussion on the Implementation of superior basic research Grant Grants with the title "Improving the Marketing Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) From the Customer Perspective Through Developing Website and Social Media Quality", Friday, May 24, 2019.

Prof. Tatik Suryani said the purpose of this discussion was held, namely to find out the management of websites and social media in SMEs and their times; to find out its effectiveness; and important dimensions of the website and social media.
One of the UKM actors, Ayunda, said that the obstacle for SMEs at the moment is forgetting the value of the product because sometimes when selling their prices the goods are expended so they forget the value of products for consumption. While from this social media management, it is also not too active in its management. "DM (Delivered Messaging, -red) is not reply, rarely uploaded or inconsistent, followers also decrease. Maybe this is an obstacle to managing social media now, "said Ayunda.
During the discussion, all participants present were also asked to provide a statement through the questionnaire provided. All of its components lead to the use of websites and social media to improve the quality of business people.
Finally, the most important dimension is the element of image quality because images can attract consumers' attention. Then, there is consistency in the product or more opinion on content information. In addition, the most important dimensions of the website and social media are emphasized on the quality of information content first, then the image quality follows it. (Della/Eko)
