Thursday, November 14, 2023, SURABAYA - The Personality Development Ethics Lecture at the Sharia Economics Study Program at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas on Thursday, December 14, 2023, took place in a pleasant atmosphere. This cannot be separated from the creativity and innovation of Group 4 who are presenting the material "Presentation Techniques".

Group 4 consisting of Novi and her friends not only presented the material in an interesting way, but also gave examples of how to break the ice during the presentation. They started the presentation by explaining the material in a relaxed and cool manner. After that, they also invited students to ask them questions related to the material that had been explained by Group 4. Not only that, Group 4 also gave prizes to their friends who asked questions that were interesting and relevant to the material being presented. The prize was instant noodles.

Prof. Dr. Dra. Tatik Suryani, Psi., M.M., herself as the lecturer of the Ethics of Personality Development course highly appreciated the creativity and innovation of Group 4 (Novi et al). She said that it can make the lecture atmosphere more fun and not boring.

"It was extraordinary, the presenter who applied the material "Presentation Techniques", namely the Group 4 Team (Novi et al) who not only gave examples of how to break the ice during the presentation but also gave appreciation and surprised gifts to his friends who actively asked questions. Always success colleagues, All of you are great students, "said Mrs. Prof. Tatik Suryani.

The students also felt happy with the fun atmosphere of the lecture. They said that the material presented became easier to understand.

"I was very happy with the presentation from Group 4. The material became easier to understand because it was delivered in an interesting way," said one student.

Hopefully the creativity and innovation of Group 4 can be an example for other students.
