FEB UHW Perbanas holds training for high school / vocational teachers on increasing learning motivation with ice breaking and games
SURABAYA, July 29, 2023 - The Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas held a workshop entitled "Ice Breaking & Games to Increase Learning Motivation" which was attended by high school / vocational school teachers on July 29, 2023. This workshop aims to introduce creative teaching methods and effective motivation strategies to educators.
The workshop was hosted by Bagus Suminar SE, S. Psi., MM, an experienced lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas. In the event, he delivered interactive sessions designed to provide new insights on how to increase student motivation through the use of games and ice-breaking techniques.
One of the important moment in the workshop was when the teachers actively engaged in games designed to stimulate cooperation, creativity and problem solving. Bagus Suminar emphasized the importance of teaching that entertains and inspires students in their daily learning.
Dr. Lutfi S.E, MM, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, welcomed the enthusiasm of the teachers who attended, saying, "We believe that collaboration between universities and school educators is a very important step in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This workshop is one of our commitments to share knowledge and contribute to the world of education."
