The high absorption rate of graduates has a positive impact on the campus performance in enhancing quality. Various methods are employed by the university to ensure that its graduates quickly secure employment in line with their field of expertise. This is also carried out by Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University through the implementation of the Job Preparation Program (JPP).
Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., the rector of UHW Perbanas, stated that graduate absorption is one of the main focuses in maintaining quality. According to tracer studies conducted, more than 80% of graduates are absorbed into the workforce within less than 6 months.

"The Job Preparation Program conducted by the Career Center of UHW Perbanas is one of our ways to prepare graduates for the workforce. Other programs, such as Campus Hiring and Job Fairs, are also implemented," explained Yudi on Wednesday, (February 8).

Related to the JPP activities, UHW Perbanas invites experienced and competent speakers who have been involved in the workforce recruitment sector for a long time. The aim is to provide future graduates with tips and tricks to facilitate their job acceptance.
Some important topics covered in the preparation activities for quality graduates include: Techniques for Writing Job Applications, Winning Interviews, Becoming a Successful Candidate in Employee Selection, and creating personal branding for each graduate.

One of the students from the Management undergraduate program at UHW Perbanas, Hasanah Aulia, shared that the insights provided by the speakers have expanded her knowledge. "For example, in crafting job applications, attention to packaging is crucial to attract the attention of potential employers," she remarked.
