UHWNEWS – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Surabaya once again held a guest lecture with the theme Nationality and Entrepreneurship Insights at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University.

This guest lecture presented resource person Ir. H.A.A. Lanyalla Mahmud Mattaliti Chairman of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia. His thoughts on the idea of ​​reorganizing the direction of the nation's journey are outlined in the book "Road Map of Restoring Sovereignty and Realizing People's Welfare".

This guest lecture was attended by all leaders of the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wednesday 19 October 2022.

In delivering the material, he conveyed several points, namely that this nation should not only be a host for foreign investors by only issuing permits. The government must be able to manage the wealth of Natural Resources (SDA) for the welfare of the community. Currently the position of the state is no longer absolute control over the earth, water and natural resources. The state only functions like a host, only as a giver of permits for concessions granted by foreign private companies. In fact, a country with a comparative advantage in Natural Resources (SDA), such as Indonesia, should prioritize Non-Tax State Revenue or PNBP. The current condition is very ironic, this is because as a country with rich natural resources on earth and at sea, more and more people are poor and vulnerable to becoming poor. Therefore, this nation must remember and re-read the thoughts of the nation's founders about the Democratic System and Economic System that is most suitable for a super pluralistic nation and a nation rich in natural resources.

In addition to delivering the material, he also gave a message to students which contained "Let's vote together until the coffee shop, it's time to return the 1945 Constitution according to the original text and then add it to an addendum so that social justice for all Indonesian people is PROVEN".
