TECHNICAL GUIDANCE - PROPOSAL FOR TEACHING PRACTICES
UHW NEWS – Teaching practitioners is a program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia so that university graduates are better prepared to enter the world of work. This program encourages active collaboration of expert practitioners with winning lecturers in order to create a deep and meaningful exchange of knowledge and expertise between the academic community in higher education and professionals in the world of work. This collaboration is carried out in courses delivered in classrooms both offline and online.
BimTek – The preparation of the Teaching Practitioner Proposal will be held on Wednesday, September 07, 2022 at 13.00 – 16.00 WIB at Room C401 of the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Campus with 2 (two) speakers, namely Ms. Anne Andreas as Matchmaking and Retention Officer of the Teaching Practitioner Program and Ms. Yoseva Maria Pujirahayu Sumaji, S. E., M. M., MBA.
"It was reported that there were 17 (seventeen) proposals from the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas which were accepted by LLDIKTI". Said Mr. Agustinus as moderator.
“With this program, it will certainly make it easier for lecturers to teach. In addition, this program aims to close the competency gap of new graduates with the needs of the world of work, encourage collaboration between universities and industry and prepare superior human resources for Indonesia,” said Mrs. Yoseva.
“Actually, the preparation of the proposal is not difficult, because there is already a template for making the proposal. It's just that the intention and effort to do it is difficult." Says Mrs. Yoseva
This event left a very extraordinary impression, because it was carried out directly in the midst of the situation after the pandemic was over.
"Hopefully this event can be a motivation for you in the future and I hope that for the next BimTek we can explain in more detail regarding Teaching Practitioners". Hope Mrs. Yoseva as the resource person. (Fino/FEB)
