The Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Quality Assurance Center received a comparative study visit from the Wijaya Putra University Quality Assurance Team on Thursday (14/7). Located in Room C401, this activity aims to discuss the Internal Quality Assurance System, which has so far been an important part of university management.

Head of Perbanas UHW Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Luciana Spica Almilia, S.E., M.Sc., welcomed the visiting guests who were accompanied by her team. His party stated that the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is an important part in determining the direction of higher education governance to make it better. "We are also happy to be able to share experiences with the team from Wijaya Putra University," she said to visiting guests.

Luciana further conveyed that the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Quality Assurance Center is now appointed by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology as Partner Universities to carry out Internal Quality Assurance System Development (SPMI) in Study Programs. "The study programs that are given this guidance each have a maximum accreditation rating of good or C in accordance with the results of SPMI reporting at the Ministry of Education and Culture," she explained.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ir. Mei Indrawati, MM., as the Head of the Quality Assurance Agency of Wijaya Putra University also appreciated the good reception at UHW Perbanas. She and his team felt the many benefits of studying SPMI at the Campus which is located at Wonorejo Utara 16 Rungkut Surabaya. "Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn about SPMI at the UHW Perbanas Campus," said Mei Indrawati.

During the visit, both parties discussed and asked questions about the implementation of the quality assurance system. This is related to the implementation of SPMI from the university, faculty, to study program levels. In fact, how to manage, make questionnaires, and report them were discussed during the study visit. (eko/hms)
