The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas held an activity entitled Survival To Be The Top 2022. This event aims to introduce the identity of the faculty as a whole to all new students. In addition, new students of the 2021 batch are also provided with various materials, such as: procedures for compiling written papers, conducting good research and publications, to building solid team work in online and offline activities in order to become highly competitive students.

This program was also first organized by the local Faculty of Economics and Business, considering that the decision to transform the university into Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University only came out in the middle of last year. Dean of FEB UHW Perbanas, Prof. Dr. Tatik Suryani, Psi., M.M., also opened the Survival To Be The Top 2022 event with great joy and enthusiasm because this is one of the activities that can lead students in their faculties to prepare for the future.

"Hopefully, the new students can take advantage of this activity as well as possible. The reason is, the material presented here can be used as the initial foundation for studying at FEB. With this early preparation, students will be able to carry out their studies smoothly,” he said on the sidelines of the activity on Sunday (17/4).

Meanwhile, the Main Coordinator (North Korea) of activities, Ningrum Sofiana Putri, added that this briefing was needed because for the last 2 years learning was carried out online so it was necessary to prepare students from the side to be ready to study offline. Ningrum continued, there was a renewal in all these administrative systems at UHW Perbanas from the original STIE Perbanas Surabaya, the new batch of students needed to adapt.

"Hopefully in the future, hopefully the freshmen from the 2021 batch will gain insight and increase their intellectual abilities," Ningrum hoped.

Please note, this activity is divided into two types, namely Intellectual Development and Character Development. According to the planned schedule, this Survival activity is scheduled online and offline on 17 & 24 April 2022 and 12, 19, 26 June 2022. (eko/hms)
