LEARNING OUTCOMES (LO)

A. ATTITUDE

Graduates of the Undergraduate Management Study Program are required to have the following attitudes:

  1. Be devoted to God Almighty and able to show a religious attitude;
  2. Upholding human values ​​in carrying out duties based on religion, morals and ethics;
  3. Contributing to improving the quality of life in society, nation, state, and advancement of civilization based on Pancasila;
  4. Acting as citizens who are proud and love the country, have nationalism and a sense of responsibility to the state and nation;
  5. Respect the diversity of cultures, views, religions and beliefs, as well as the original opinions or findings of others;
  6. Cooperate and have social sensitivity and concern for the community and the environment;
  7. Obeying the law and discipline in social and state life;
  8.  Internalizing academic values, norms and ethics;
  9. Demonstrate an attitude of responsibility for work in his field of expertise independently; and
  10. Internalizing the spirit of independence, struggle and entrepreneurship.

 

B. MASTER OF KNOWLEDGE

Graduates of the Undergraduate Management Study Program are required to have the following knowledge:

  1. Mastering theoretical concepts of management in depth, in particular the methods and tools of management function analysis which include planning, implementing, directing, monitoring, evaluating and controlling, and organizational functions consisting of marketing, human resources, operations and finance in various types of organizations;
  2. Mastering the concepts and techniques of compiling strategic plans and describing them in operational plans;
  3. Mastering the principles of leadership and entrepreneurship in various types of organizations;
  4. Mastering at least one research method (case studies, history, surveys, simulations, and experiments in qualitative and quantitative, exploratory, descriptive, and verification);
  5. Mastering factual knowledge and application methods of business ethics and humanity values ​​in managing an organization;
  6. Mastering the types and regulations of local, national, regional and global organizations;
  7. Mastering the rules, principles and techniques of communication across functions, organizational levels, and culture;
  8. Mastering the concepts, principles, oral and written communication techniques of at least one international language; and
  9. Mastering the concept of academic integrity in general and the concept of plagiarism in particular, in terms of types of plagiarism, consequences of violations and efforts to prevent them.

 

C. GENERAL SKILLS

Graduates of the Undergraduate Management Study Program are required to have the following general skills:

  1. Able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the context of the development or implementation of science and technology that takes into account and applies humanities values ​​in accordance with their field of expertise;
  2. Able to show independent, quality, and measurable performance;
  3. Able to study the implications of developing or implementing science and technology that takes into account and applies humanities values ​​in accordance with their expertise based on scientific principles, procedures and ethics in order to produce solutions, ideas, designs or art criticism;
  4. Able to submit a scientific description of the results of the above study in the form of a thesis or final project report, and upload it on the college page;
  5. Able to make decisions appropriately in the context of problem solving in their area of ​​expertise, based on the results of information and data analysis;
  6. Able to maintain and develop networks with mentors, colleagues, peers both inside and outside the institution;
  7. Able to be responsible for the achievement of group work results and to supervise and evaluate the completion of work assigned to workers under their responsibility;
  8. Able to carry out the self-evaluation process of the work group under their responsibility, and able to manage learning independently;
  9. Able to document, store, secure, and recover data to ensure validity and prevent plagiarism;
  10. Able to adapt, work together, create, contribute, and innovate in applying science to social life and be able to play a role as a global citizen with a global perspective;
  11. Able to uphold academic integrity in general and prevent plagiarism practices;
  12. Able to use information technology in the context of scientific development and implementation of areas of expertise; and
  13. Able to use at least one international language for spoken and written communication.

 

D. SPECIAL SKILLS

Graduates of the Undergraduate Management Study Program are required to have the following specific skills:

  1. Able to formulate management functions (planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling and evaluating) at the operational level in various types of organizations;
  2. Able to carry out organizational functions (marketing, operations, human resources, finance, and strategy) at the operational level in various types of organizations;
  3. Able to identify managerial problems and organizational functions at the operational level, as well as take appropriate solutions based on developed alternatives, by applying entrepreneurial principles rooted in local wisdom;
  4. Able to contribute to the preparation of the organization's strategic plan and to translate the strategic plan into an organizational operational plan at the functional level;
  5. Able to take appropriate managerial decisions in various types of organizations at the operational level, based on data analysis and information on organizational functions;
  6. Able to conduct empirical studies and modeling using scientific methods in various types of organizations based on organizational functions; and
  7. Able to communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
