The Diploma 3 Program of STIE Perbanas Surabaya held a Public Lecture on Saturday, April 17, 2021. Taking place online, this lecture carries the theme "I am Millennial, I am Planned" which is attended by lecturers and students of local study programs. To motivate diploma students to be enthusiastic in preparing careful planning, the resource person who was presented was the Director of PT. Delta Ajisaka Sejahtera, Hj. Irma Andriyaningtyas, ST, CFP, AWP, AEPP, CPMA.

The public lecture, moderated by Kartika Marta Budiana, S.S., M.Pd., invites students to focus on studying. In addition, each student is invited to understand the basic financial mindset. The components that are taken into consideration are the new mindset and the result mindset.

According to Irma Andriyaningtyas, the cause of someone experiencing financial difficulties, namely lack of income and less ability to manage expenses. "Mindset about income, everyone has their own sustenance. How much luck we want to take depends on the decisions of each person, "said Irma.

The woman who was born in Blora also invited public lecture participants to be firm in making decisions to focus on improving quality, not just blaming circumstances. Decisions on the focus of resource development not on failure.
