Student Organization (Ormawa) STIE Perbanas Surabaya has a discourse to realize community service programs. This activity can be realized starting from the 2019-2020 management period by being included in the activities of each Ormawa. This was conveyed by the Deputy Head of Student Development and Public Relations, Dr. Basuki Rachmat, S.E., M.M., opening the Middle Level Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TM) on Monday (30/7).

In front of the Ormawa board, in the future, his party will make a breakthrough by collaborating activities in the field of student affairs and community service. Usually every campus has made it happen through Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities. "STIE Perbanas Surabaya can hold a Community Service Program, but it is proclaimed through the Real Work Organization (OKN) program," he explained.

This year's routine activity, followed by 23 Ormawa for the 2018-2019 period. At least 82 participants took part in the LKMM-TM training process on this campus for five 3 days, from 30 July - 1 August 2019.

The Chief Executive of the LKMM-TM, Achmad Saiful Ulum, S.AB., M.AB., said that this activity must be followed by the core board of each Ormawa STIE Perbanas Surabaya. The core management in question includes: Manager, Secretary and Treasurer.

Furthermore, he conveyed that each ormawa core committee also received material from various competent sources. The materials received by them include: Organization Vision & Mission; Organizational Management; Work Program Preparation; SMART Strategy in Organizing; Secretarial Administrative Techniques; Treasury; Public Relations Implementation Techniques; Ethics and Etiquette of Student Union, and so on.
