Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas conducted a Workshop on Information System Management for Reporting Higher Education Performance Indicators. The event, held in Room C401, was attended by university leaders, faculty members, program coordinators, administrative staff, and information system managers.

Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., Rector of UHW Perbanas, emphasized the importance of this academic initiative in enhancing campus performance. He noted that all performance data from UHW Perbanas must be fully integrated with the Higher Education Database (PD Dikti) managed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.

"Currently, UHW Perbanas' performance data in the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) section of PD Dikti is not yet fully integrated. This workshop on information system management is necessary to address the challenges we have faced so far," Dr. Yudi explained on Friday (29/11).

To support this effort, UHW Perbanas invited Iwan Pribadi Dwi Prasetyo, S.M., a data management expert from Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), as the keynote speaker. During the session, he outlined critical points for synchronizing university data with platforms like Neo Feeder and PD Dikti.

"When entering data, we must reach a consensus and align with each university's academic calendar. Additionally, before inputting academic data, verification processes—such as confirming active student enrollment with program coordinators—must be completed," he explained during the workshop.

This series of activities aims to improve the university's performance metrics at UHW Perbanas. Properly managed data will not only streamline reporting but also enhance the transparency and accessibility of information for public dissemination. (pr)
