Hayam Wuruk University (UHW) Perbanas gained valuable experience through a guest lecture in the field of Strategic Management held on December 29, 2023, with the theme “Looking at the Balanced Scorecard Concept from a Personal and Strategic Perspective,” this event presented an experienced resource person Mr. Ahmad Sina Arinata, Officer Management Accounting and Budgeting P.T. Krakatau Pipe Industries. This guest lecture aims to provide students with in-depth insight into the concept of the Balanced Scorecard and its implementation in personal management and organizational strategy. In his presentation, Mr. Ahmad Sina Arinata shared his practical experience from the industrial world, providing a real context of how the Balanced Scorecard can be an effective tool in achieving strategic goals. The activity was also attended by lecturers of the Accounting Department, namely Mrs. Lufi Yuwana Mursita, S.E., M.Sc., CA, CPMA and Mrs. Nurul Mustafida, S.E., M.Sc.

The UHW Perbanas students who attended this guest lecture not only listened to theoretical explanations but also got practical views and useful tips that could be applied in the world of work later. This guest lecture made a positive contribution to developing students’ understanding of Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard, creating a close relationship between academia and industry.
