The opening of opportunities for students to have internship experiences is becoming increasingly crucial and needs to be enhanced. The Information System Department of UHW Perbanas recognizes the urgency of these opportunities and has taken the initiative to establish an internship collaboration with PT Evolusi Teknologi Indonesia (Evotek). This collaboration with an IT company aims to provide students with broader internship opportunities in line with the courses they have studied. Evotek is a software company located in the Sidoarjo Regency. The alignment of the partner’s industry and the strategic location is one of the reasons for the collaboration.

In early 2024, students are expected to begin their practical training at Evotek through guidance in the internship program. This learning method is considered effective in providing students with first-hand experience in their chosen field. The signing ceremony of the collaboration took place on Thursday (16/11/2023) at the Evotek office, represented by Mr. Mohammad Al Hafidz, S.Kom., M.Kom., who is the Head of the Information System Department of UHW Perbanas. On the partner’s side, Mr. Moch. Riza Ali Fikri, S.Kom., M.MT., the Director of Evotek, attended the signing ceremony in person. Faculty members from the program, Mr. Heri Supriyanto, S.Kom., M.Kom., and two students were also present to witness the event.
