To expand partnership relations, UHW Perbanas signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ITS Mandala Jember. The signing took place on Wednesday (08/11/2023) when UHW Perbanas hosted a benchmarking visit from the said university. The visit was attended by the rectorates and deans from both UHW Perbanas and ITS Mandala. The main agenda for the benchmarking visit was discussions and sharing related to institutional governance. During the visit, representatives from ITS Mandala inquired about how the institution is governed, especially in the context of the transition from being a School of Economics (STIE) to a University.

The rectorates and deans of UHW Perbanas warmly welcomed the benchmarking questions and engaged in sharing their experiences during the university’s transition process since 2021. Both parties undergoing this transformative process also discussed plans for collaboration in publishing articles in their respective journals and the implementation of the Tridharma (education, research, and community service). The discussion proceeded smoothly and was positively received by the academic community in attendance.
