On Wednesday (13/09/2023), 5 (five) students from the Dance Student Union (UKM Tari) of UHW Perbanas had the opportunity to perform at the National Anti-Fraud Conference organized in Surabaya by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Indonesia Chapter. Additionally, UHW Perbanas took advantage of the event to re-establish collaboration in implementing the Tridarma of higher education with the professional association by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The activity was attended by Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., the Rector of UHW Perbanas, and Dr. Putri Wulanditya, S.E., M.Ak., CPSAK, a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, and also a member of the ACFE Indonesia Chapter East Java Region.

ACFE is a professional organization specializing in fraud examination or anti-fraud in the business sector. The collaboration between UHW Perbanas and ACFE Indonesia Chapter aims to enhance UHW Perbanas’s competence in providing anti-fraud education. This aspect is a crucial element in accounting education that needs to be understood and applied by students and graduates. The focus on anti-fraud efforts demonstrates UHW Perbanas’s awareness of instilling honest business values in its students.
