On Wednesday (13/09/2023), Mr. Iqbal Ramadhani Mukhlis, S.Kom, M.Kom., a lecturer in the Informatics department at UHW Perbanas, initiated the implementation of the Lecturer Engaged in Industry program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. In the implementation of this program, UHW Perbanas collaborated with PT Abaka Supply Chain.

The collaboration was well-received by PT Abaka Supply Chain, resulting in the establishment of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) as the basis for the program’s implementation. As outlined in the MoA, the implementation of the program includes activities such as identifying industry problems, analyzing and providing alternative problem-solving, identifying gaps in lecture materials, building cooperation to create opportunities for students to conduct independent learning/final projects at the lecturer’s engagement partner, and inviting and encouraging experienced practitioners in the industry to share their experiences.

Mr. Iqbal, who was selected through the selection process by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, implemented “Green Commerce and Digital Marketing” to enhance the competitiveness of the PT Abaka Supply Chain in the industrial world. This effort aims to promote the positive impact of integrating the green economy and digitization in the business of PT Abaka Supply Chain.
