UHW Perbanas has established collaboration with PT Pelindo Marine Service since the signing of the MoU on Monday (20/03/2023). The implementation of this collaboration includes the internship program participated by UHW Perbanas students. Arlianti Agil Susilowati is one of the students who took part in the internship program.

During this internship, Arlianti and her peers had the opportunity to directly observe the business processes in various units and departments of PT Pelindo Marine Service. The internship program is designed to provide practical insights and in-depth work experience to students, enabling them better to understand the dynamics of the port and logistics industry.

The benefits of this internship program are not limited to the development of technical skills but also extend to the enhancement of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Arlianti and her peers participated in the internship program for 4 (four) months and experienced the benefits of various activities, including involvement in financial activities and the organization of talk shows.
