Wednesday, May 8, 2019, the student program of the Management Master's Program (Study Program) of STIE Perbanas Surabaya again held a Guest Lecture on the theme "Management of Organizational Change". Located at D 203 Campus 1, STIE Perbanas Surabaya, the lecture was attended by 17 students of the 25th degree (S2). The guest lecture brought a Director of PT. Warma Trierindo, Dr. Maria Eko Sulistyowati, Psychologist, MM, LCPC.
On this occasion, his party provided a case study before focusing on explaining more deeply about lecture material. All students in the room participated actively in giving responses or solutions to the case studies provided.

Furthermore, Dr. Maria Eko explains the definition of change management which is a tool, process and technique for managing the changing side of people to achieve the business results needed. Change management incorporates organizational tools that can be used to help individuals make successful personal transitions that result in adoption and realization of change.

Dr. Maria Eko added changes not only at the individual level but also at the company level. He also explained the benefits of Change Management, namely to improve Return on Investment (ROI) to be better, increase the success of a project, and many other benefits.

Besides that, Dr. Maria Eko also explained the importance of being an Agent of Change. "If you become a Change Agents, you have to change first. Learning how to look at people or mindset, "he concluded. (Fitriyah/Eko)
