Teaching practitioner is one of the programs initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbudristek) Republic of Indonesia to enhance the employability of university graduates. This program brings in practitioners and professionals from the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) who are verified to have relevant professional experience to participate in lectures. In 2023, UHW Perbanas once again participated in the Practitioner Teaching program after successfully organizing it for Batch 1. UHW Perbanas allows practitioners to teach in classes during the even semester of 2022/2023.

In Batch 2, UHW Perbanas participated in 16 courses that successfully passed the selection process. Subsequently, UHW Perbanas, represented by the Coordinator of Practitioner Teaching at the University level, Mrs. Larasati Ayu Sekarsari, S.E., M.M., participated in signing the Memorandum of Agreement on Monday (15/05/2023) in Jakarta. This program's goal is to be achieved successfully, adding insights and new experiences for the practitioner team and students through interactive learning in the classroom.
