After appointing vice rectors and deans, Hayam Wuruk University has also completed the selection of structural officials. A total of 19 appointed officials occupy positions ranging from vice deans, program chairs, heads of centers, department heads, to directors. They have been officially sworn in by the Rector of UHW Perbanas in Hall C of the Wonorejo Campus at the beginning of October, precisely on Thursday, (5/10) last.

This internal event was attended by the extended family of UHW Perbanas. On this occasion, the Rector of UHW Perbanas, Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., expressed gratitude to the outgoing officials who have fulfilled their duties well and responsibly. "Whatever they have done, it is undoubtedly a hard-fought struggle that has made UHW Perbanas better and more advanced. So, we are very grateful for the best dedication they have shown all this time," he said.
Furthermore, structural changes are common in the campus environment he leads. At present, there are several officials serving for one term of 2 years and one term of 4 years. "This will bring new strength to us to continue playing an active role in advancing the campus in terms of higher education governance," he added.

To the newly appointed officials, he hoped that they would be strong and resilient in facing future challenges. "Even though the path ahead may be winding, everyone should strengthen their mental fortitude to lead Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas further forward and better," he hoped.

According to the Decree of the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Leadership Number: 0679/Kp.30002/10/23 concerning the Appointment of Structural Officials for the Period 2023-2025, the following are appointed: Head of Academic Affairs, Supiyati; Head of Library Affairs, Dyana Purwandini; Head of Integrated Laboratories, Nur’aini Rokhmania; Head of Information and Communication Technology Division, Yusuf Effendi; Head of Finance Division, Sunartiningsih; Head of Student Affairs Division, Aris Handayani; Head of Human Capital & General Affairs Division, Epi Sepdiatmoko; and Marketing Director, Rinda Rulijanawati.

Meanwhile, the Decree of the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Leadership Number: 0678/Kp.30002/10/23 concerning the Appointment of Structural Officials for the Period 2023-2027 appoints the following names: Vice Dean of FEB, Luciana Spica Almilia; Chair of Master of Management Program (Prodi), Ronny; Chair of Bachelor of Management Prodi, Emma Yulianti; Chair of Bachelor of Accounting Prodi, Nurul Hasanah Uswati Dewi; Chair of Bachelor of Sharia Economics Prodi, Ika Yunia Fauzia; Chair of Diploma 3 Prodi, Putri Wulanditya; Chair of Bachelor of Information Systems Prodi, Mohammad Al Hafidz; Chair of Bachelor of Informatics Prodi, Hariadi Yutanto; Chair of Bachelor of Visual Communication Design Prodi, Miftahul Adi Suminto; Head of Quality Assurance Center, Burhanudin; and Head of Research and Community Service Center, Muazaroh.
