Surabaya, February 21, 2022 UKM Publishing Fiducia University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas carries out a mandatory work program, namely Basic Student Management Leadership Training or commonly referred to as LKMM-TD. This work program is participated by students of the class of 2021 and students who have not participated in the previous LKMM-TD.

The chief executive, Alisa Arini said that the theme of this event was “Leaders who have a good attitude and high integrity”. This event is held offline using strict health protocols. This activity was also accompanied by the 2022 Photography Education and Training program which was attended by the FIDUCIA Campus Publishing UKM Supervisor, representatives from the Student Executive Board (BEM), and representatives from the Student Representative Council (DPM) of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University.

“The preparations were very good, and we appreciate all the enthusiastic partners in helping to launch this event. This work program is the first offline work program after going through the pandemic period where previously there were many obstacles in the implementation of the event, one of which was ineffective communication, "said Alisa.

He also hopes that the event can provide benefits and strengthen student solidarity in the future.

Meanwhile, the Fiducia UKM supervisor, Nur Hady Eko Setiawan also advised the students who were present to remain committed to making a choice. He emphasized that whatever obstacles and challenges they face today, they will produce the best results for the students themselves.

"So, believe that whatever you do is the best for now, then in the future you will reap goodness too. Optimize your hard work in the current organization and take opportunities that may never come twice,” he said to the participants. (fdc/hms)
