GRADUATES PROFILE

The D3 Banking and Finance Study Program is committed as one of the Study Programs included in vocational higher education to design a curriculum based on the latest conditions, namely scientific developments and expertise, as well as market and stakeholder needs, as mandated by the higher education curriculum preparation guidelines. In addition, the National Higher Education Standards (SN Dikti) are in accordance with Permenristekdikti No. 44 of 2015 has been used as a reference, starting from the stages of preparation, implementation, curriculum evaluation, to follow-up evaluation.

The higher the demands of graduate users, the more it encourages universities to provide graduates who meet the criteria for skills in the world of work. For this reason, a learning process is needed which is manifested in the form of a curriculum that is integrated with the world of work (link and match), so that higher education is more focused in producing graduates who are competent, ready to work, and competitive. The curriculum designed by the D3 Banking and Finance Study Program at STIE Perbanas Surabaya refers to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) which is at level or level 5.

Profiles of graduates of the Banking and Finance D3 Study Program are:

1. Intermediate Front Liner Technician

Middle technicians who are capable of doing work in the teller and customer service sector in providing services to customers in the banking sector and other services by providing information about products and services in accordance with applicable procedures through effective communication, supported by skills in management and information technology.

2. Intermediate Financial Technician

Intermediate financial technicians who are able to perform work in the financial sector at service, trading and / or manufacturing companies in accordance with generally accepted and relevant standards and principles in the field of financial management, supported by skills in management, information technology and communication.

3. Intermediate Marketing Technician

Intermediate technicians who are able to do work in the marketing sector at service, trading and / or manufacturing companies that comply with generally accepted standards and procedures through effective communication.

4. Intermediate Credit Analysis Technician

Middle technicians who perform work in the field of credit analysis in the banking sector and other services in accordance with generally accepted standards and procedures, supported by skills in management, information technology and communication.

5. Assistant Manager

Assistants (assistants) in service, trading, and / or manufacturing companies that comply with generally accepted and relevant standards and principles in the field of marketing management and operational management, supported by skills in management, information technology and communication.

Based on the data collected by Perbanas Career Center (PCC), 80% of STIE Perbanas Surabaya graduates are getting jobs less than 6 (six) months after graduating and 42% of graduates work in the banking industry followed by financial industry non-bank (19%), manufacture (18%), entrepreneur (15%), education (5%) and public accounting (1%).
