GRADUATES PROFILE

The D3 Accounting Study Program is committed as one of the Study Programs included in vocational higher education to design a curriculum based on the latest conditions, namely scientific developments and expertise, as well as market and stakeholder needs, as mandated by the higher education curriculum preparation guidelines. In addition, the National Higher Education Standards (SN Dikti) are in accordance with Permenristekdikti No. 44 of 2015 must also be used as a reference, starting from the stages of preparation, implementation, curriculum evaluation, to follow-up evaluations.

The higher the demands of graduate users, the more it encourages universities to provide graduates who meet the criteria for skills in the world of work. For this reason, a learning process that is manifested in the form of a curriculum that is integrated with the world of work (link and match) is required, so that higher education is more focused in producing graduates who are competent, ready to work, and competitive. The curriculum designed by the D3 Accounting Study Program at STIE Perbanas Surabaya refers to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) which is at level or level 5.

Profiles of graduates of the D3 Accounting Study Program are:

1. Intermediate Accounting Technician

Intermediate accounting technicians who are capable of performing work in the accounting sector at service, trading and / or manufacturing companies in accordance with applicable financial accounting standards (SAK) through recording and selecting appropriate accounting methods, supported by skills in management, information technology, and communication.

2. Intermediate Examination Accounting Technician (Junior Auditor)

Intermediate accounting technicians who are capable of performing work in the field of auditing at service, trading and / or manufacturing companies in accordance with the professional standards of public accounting (SPAP) are supported by skills in the fields of management, information and communication technology.

3. intermediate Tax Technician

Intermediate accounting technicians who are capable of doing work in the field of taxation at service, trading and / or manufacturing companies in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations, supported by skills in the fields of management, information and communication technology.

4. Intermediate Public Sector Accounting Technician

Intermediate accounting technicians who are able to carry out work in the accounting sector in the public sector in accordance with applicable accounting standards, supported by skills in management, information technology and communication.

5. Intermediate Banking Accounting Technician

Intermediate accounting technicians who are capable of performing work in the accounting sector in the banking sector in accordance with applicable banking accounting standards and guidelines, and are supported by skills in management, information technology, and communication.

Based on the data collected by Perbanas Career Center (PCC), 80% of STIE Perbanas Surabaya graduates are getting jobs less than 6 (six) months after graduating and 42% of graduates work in the banking industry followed by financial industry non-bank (19%), manufacture (18%), entrepreneur (15%), education (5%) and public accounting (1%).
