The University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas (UHW Perbanas) received a delegation from PGRI Kanjuruhan University Malang (Unikama) to benchmark the human resource governance system. The delegation from Unikama, led by Dr Ninik Indiawati, M.Pd., the Director of Human Resources, was welcomed by the Vice-Rector for Human Resources, Dra. Gunasti Hudiwinarsih, Ak., M.Si., in Room II.B506, Building B, 5th Floor, on Friday (2/12).

Also present at the event to welcome the Unikama delegation were Drs. Epi Sepdiatmoko (Head of HCGA Section), Ade Dina Herliana, S.Si., M.S.M. (Staff of HCGA Section), Ratna Pramita Swandayani, S.I.Kom (Staff of HCGA Section), Titis Puspitaningrum Dewi Kartika, S.Pd., M.SA., CTA (Staff of KUM Section), Lufi Yuwana Mursita, S.E., M.Si., CA (Staff of Cooperation and International Office Section), Nur Hady Eko Setiawan, S.Pd. (Staff of Public Relations Section), and Ainun Ainiyah (Collaboration Team). From Unikama, besides the Director of Human Resources, there were also M. Edi Setiawan, S.E., M.M. (Head of Planning and Development of Human Resources (P3SDM)), Isa Anshori, S.Kom., M.M. (Head of Professional Development and Welfare (P3K)), Ninik Setiyowati, S.Pd. (Head of Budget Planning and Expenditure (PAB)), and Didik Mananto (Staff of DSD).

In her speech, Dra. Gunasti Hudiwinarsih, Ak., M.Si., thanked the Unikama delegation for choosing UHW Perbanas as their benchmarking destination. She conveyed UHW Perbanas's willingness to share experiences to advance the quality of resources between the two universities—furthermore, Dra. Gunasti mentioned the potential collaboration between UHW Perbanas and Unikama as a synergistic step for both institutions.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ninik Indiawati, M.Pd., explained her expectations from UHW Perbanas in this benchmarking activity, hoping to learn many things, especially in the good governance of resources and quality assurance at UHW Perbanas. "We find extraordinary things from UHW Perbanas in consistently improving performance and achievements, such as the transformation from STIE Perbanas Surabaya to UHW Perbanas. In addition, we see the other side of managing resources at UHW Perbanas. From these strengths, we feel the need to obtain sharing related to human resource governance with UHW Perbanas," she explained.

In the discussion session, Dra. Gunasti explained in detail the governance at UHW Perbanas, covering structural positions and other aspects. She also outlined that for tasks related to strategic planning, the responsibilities and authority fall under the rector, assisted by several working units. On the other hand, functions of an operational nature are under the responsibility of deputy rectors, assisted by each head of the department. (AA)
